Refund policy

All sales for items are final due to the nature of our fulfillment/production process, exchanges are not available. All apparel (in addition to but not limited to hoodies, shirts, work wear, zip ups), banners, stickers are custom manufactured upon ordering. We personally manufacturer these items ourselves in SoCal.

Limited edition items are labeled and are non-refundable due to their availability. International orders (outside of the United States) are final due to high shipping costs.

Stickers, banners, all apparel (including, not limited to, shirts, workwear, hoodies,) gift cards, mystery boxes, and accessories are final, and non-refundable.

If orders are placed by mistake, and or for any reason the customer requests a refund before the order is fulfilled. There is a 5% fee due to the non-refundable merchant fees for payment processing. If for any reason a return is approved the customer, regardless of their location (US or International), must pay for the return shipping with tracking.

All items available for sale to EU consumers is made to order. The fabric color, the size, the design  on said garment is all made to the consumer's specifications. These items are classified as built-to-order based on your selections on the product page. These products are exempt from the cooling-off return periods.
